Merchandising Options Maximise Sales for Retailers

Plasti-kote, the consumer's number one choice for spray paint, has introduced a range of new and exciting merchandising options that maximise profit from selling space and encourage consumers to buy. GfK figures for 2009* reveal that Plasti-kote's sales per shop figures in the spray paint High Gloss category already outstrip its competitors by 3:1 and Plasti-kote are keen to help retailers grow this figure. The first of a new range of merchandising options planned for 2010, Plasti-kote's counter display units, packaged in vibrant colours, present a range of complementary spray paints for dedicated areas of the home and garden, as well as for seasonal use.

The display units showcase spray paints focussing on the garden, colour use, metal projects, essentials around the home and the festive season. The Garden pack includes BBQ, Plastic, Metal Protekt, Stone and Garden Games spray paint, encouraging consumers to re-vitalise their BBQ, garden furniture and gates as well as pursuing outdoor activities in the garden). For any retailers planning ahead, the Festive pack includes metallic and glitter spray paint in gold and silver as well as glass frosting, ideal for creating the perfect Christmas display.
